Your role

As Service Delivery Manager for Heras you are responsible for the day-to-day IT services that supports Heras business. Within this position you work together with procurement and external vendors to have the best quality of IT services delivered. You constantly learn, improve and further develop IT services together with the Heras business side and its partners. You are not afraid to stand up, your commitment to a seamless customer experience is what drives you! As Service Delivery Manager you thrive in a fast paced environment and driven by your high energy level, customer focus and excellent communicator skills you build bridges and strong relationships between various stakeholders. In addition, you are eager to be successful in this position and grow continuously!


  • Connect stakeholders, manage risks, expectations and contract negotiations with vendors
  • Act as the owner (Project lead) for the entire lifecycle of our managed services and products, monitoring and improving the quality of the IT services of the vendors (SLA’s)
  • Manage project planning & workload with Heras managed services provider
  • Drive IT services and systems improvements and identify improvement opportunities, further development, implementation of (data) networking and security
  • Manage escalations on incidents and changes
  • Focus on IT Service Management improvement projects on strategic, tactical, and operational levels


  • You have a Bachelor degree and are passionate about IT projects
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in IT service management, infrastructure and operations support
  • You are a team player with strong focus on stakeholder management and building strong relationships
  • You perform well under pressure and have the ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • You have a high energy level, excellent communication skills and willingness to succeed
